Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community
I’m a woman from Cedar Hill Texas United States, born in 1965.
My favorite sports include: running cycling yoga hiking
My goals are: I’ve been working with a personal trainer for over a year and a half now. They are pretty intense workouts, my body is starting to really shape up. My weakness is cardio. I have exercise induced asthma that requires me at times to use an inhaler. I want to run a half marathon to make a statement that it is not by my strength that I run, but by the strength, grace, and mercy of God. Nothing is more powerful than God. Not even asthma.
My other favorite activities include: I enjoy working out with weights, bands, balls, etc. I was in the army so I like boot camp style workouts. PUSH yourself !!.
I would eventually like to become a personal trainer to help women who may have become “settled” and need motivation to get back into shape. Running this 1/2 marathon is important to me, to show that we can overcome our own physical weaknesses. I’m not so concerned about being the fastest runner. I just want to successfully complete it.
